The Miner’s boys’ volleyball season ended their home games with a loss on Senior Night on Monday, Apr. 29, as the team fell in three straight, 10-25, 17-25, 12-25.
“Mojave is a team we can beat,” said junior Vincent Andrade. “We just get way too ahead of ourselves in pregame that when the game comes we’re not focused enough.”
All sets were a favor of Mojave in the 3-0 sweep. Junior Carlos Chavez had five kills in the defeat. Senior Mizzani Tawateo added four kills.
”We just had a tough game, it was a good overall game,” said junior Jairo Miralrio.
